Each package includes a feasibility consultation, measured survey, existing and proposed architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, roof plans, and site plans), submission to your local authority, and all communication and representation with your Local Authority.

We aim to have the first draft of drawings with you within 7 days of visiting your property and you can then advise from there any further changes you would like up to a point you a 100% happy it is ready for submission.

No, not unless you specifically want to. We handle the entire process for you, acting as your planning agent and handle all correspondence with your Local Authority - you will only hear from them once a (hopefully positive) decision has been reached.
Permitted Development allows certain home improvements provided they meet size and design limits which are guranteed by a Lawful Development Certifcate. Planning Permission is a formal process that involves a council decision. We’ll identify which applies to your property and prepare drawings accordingly.
