I created Form & Function London because too many good home projects never get off the ground — not because the ideas are wrong, but because the planning process feels overwhelming.

Working professionally in the built environment, I saw it time and again. Homeowners with a clear vision in their head would freeze at the first mention of planning policy, drawings, or approvals. What should have been an exciting step forward quickly turned into uncertainty and delay.

That didn’t sit right with me.

A home isn’t static. It grows and changes with the people who live in it. And navigating the system shouldn’t be the thing that stops that from happening.

So I built Form & Function London to do one thing well: bring clarity to the planning process. I help homeowners shape their ideas into well-judged proposals, give straight, honest advice on what will and won’t work, and take care of the planning journey from first conversation through to submission.
